📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually compelling graphics and videos for our recruitment and talent acquisition campaigns
• Work with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to produce high-quality visual content
• Edit and produce videos using Final Cut Pro and After Effects, ensuring high production values
• Collaborate with our HR team to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously improve your work
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and delivering exceptional results
• Ensure all visual content is optimized for various platforms and devices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and video editing
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio showcasing your graphic design and video editing work
