📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of packing and dispatch operators to ensure efficient and accurate packing, labeling, and dispatch of products.
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the packing and dispatch processes.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure and hazard-free work environment.
• Utilize ERP systems such as SAP to manage inventory, track orders, and generate reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the packaging or logistics industry.
• Proven track record of leading teams and achieving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP, and experience with inventory management and order tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a similar quality improvement methodology is a plus.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and standards relevant to the packaging and logistics sector.
