📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.,Develop and execute creative strategies for various projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client requirements.,Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.,Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in design.,Manage and optimize design workflows to improve efficiency and productivity.,Mentor junior designers and provide ongoing training and development opportunities.,Ensure all designs meet brand standards and are visually appealing and on-brand.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative solutions.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.,Understanding of design principles and trends in the industry.,Knowledge of print and digital design standards and best practices.
