📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Branch Manager in planning, organizing, and coordinating branch activities.,Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and mentor a team of staff, providing guidance and support.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and reporting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and best practices.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a corporate or business environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with financial management and reporting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
