📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on trucks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake checks.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on trucks using diagnostic tools such as scan tools and multimeter.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintenance schedules.
• Work with fleet managers to plan and schedule maintenance activities.
• Assist in the preparation of trucks for daily operations, including fueling and loading.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and vehicle history.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the fleet is ready for operations and meets safety standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet maintenance processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in truck maintenance or a related field.
• Knowledge of truck mechanics and maintenance procedures.
• Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as scan tools and multimeters.
• Ability to work in a team and follow safety protocols.
• Good communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
• Valid driver's license for trucks.
