📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage a team of employees, providing leadership, training, and development opportunities.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage inventory levels and ordering to optimize stock and minimize waste.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Represent the company at local events and promotions to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or grocery management role.,Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.,Strong understanding of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends is an advantage.
