📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors and nurses in providing patient care, including taking vital signs, preparing patients for examinations, and assisting with minor procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating patient records, and maintaining clinic records using our in-house software.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a seamless patient experience, from check-in to check-out.
• Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment, ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Provide patient education and support, helping patients understand their treatment plans and follow-up care.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, adhering to hygiene and safety protocols.
• Assist in the management of patient billing and insurance claims, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Participate in continuous learning and development, staying updated on the latest healthcare practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably as a Clinic Assistant or similar role.
• Familiarity with basic medical terminology and procedures.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients, doctors, and nurses.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Ability to lift and carry medical equipment and supplies.
• Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a plus.
