📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including coordinating interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and performance reviews.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Coordinate employee training and development programs, including scheduling and follow-up.,Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and professional manner.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.,Support the HR team in any other duties as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-2 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Previous experience in a multicultural or international environment is a plus.
