📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Support the Operations Manager in implementing and maintaining efficient processes and procedures.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the café is maintained to a high standard.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of operational strategies.,Support the marketing team in promoting special events and promotions.,Maintain accurate records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using basic office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and customer service principles.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Flexible and adaptable to changing work conditions.
