As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations. You will work closely with the HR team and other departments to ensure compliance with local and international labor laws, and you will provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

• Maintain and optimize HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.
• Provide support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
• Coordinate with external partners, such as legal and payroll service providers, to ensure smooth operations.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a multinational or large-scale organization.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and payroll software, such as SAP SuccessFactors or Workday.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
