📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Oversee payroll operations using SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Plus, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR matters.
• Conduct regular payroll audits to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with department heads to address HR and payroll-related issues.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR and payroll management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and payroll management, preferably in a dynamic work environment.
• Certification in HR or payroll management is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Payroll Plus.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
