📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of field workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor and report on field activities, including crop health, pest control, and harvesting.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.,Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity and quality in the field.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of field activities with overall business operations.,Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Maintain accurate records of field activities and ensure timely reporting to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the agriculture or farming industry.,Proven track record of leading and managing a team in the field.,Strong understanding of agricultural practices, crop management, and pest control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools for field management and reporting.,Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field is a plus.
