FORGE Jaya is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. This is a hybrid role, combining office and field work. The Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and used efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained, serviced, and used efficiently.,Monitor and track vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies related to vehicle operation and maintenance.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Provide support and guidance to drivers on vehicle operation and safety.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.,Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely and effective repair of vehicles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.,Familiarity with fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and experience driving company vehicles.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
