📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure compliance with quality standards.,Lead and mentor a team of lab technicians, providing guidance and support.,Conduct and interpret laboratory tests, including microbial, chemical, and physical analyses.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Ensure all laboratory equipment is calibrated and maintained according to manufacturer specifications.,Conduct quality audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and safety.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Strong understanding of food safety regulations and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO).,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software.,Knowledge of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
