📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver effective training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor training teams to ensure high-quality delivery of training programs.,Collaborate with department heads to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and coaching to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Experience in developing and delivering training programs.,Knowledge of e-learning platforms and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
