In this role, you will daily prepare and serve a variety of coffee and snack products, manage transactions using our POS system, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. You'll also have the opportunity to develop your sales skills and build strong relationships with customers, helping to grow our brand presence in Surabaya.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and snack products to customers.
• Manage transactions using the POS system (e.g., Quick Service Point, QSP).
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
• Engage with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
• Monitor sales performance and report any issues or concerns to the supervisor.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the mobile coffee station for events or special promotions.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a barista or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Valid ID and proof of vaccination (if applicable).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Enthusiasm and passion for the coffee industry.
