📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Sourcing and screening potential candidates for various job openings.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and needs.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews and providing feedback.,Maintaining a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and company policies.,Providing regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is required.
