PT Antar Berkah is seeking a dynamic and passionate Barista/Cashier to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our growing business. As a Barista/Cashier, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages, as well as handling customer transactions and providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage products to customers.,Maintain and clean coffee equipment and work areas to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.,Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using point-of-sale systems.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and concerns in a timely manner.,Stock and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, milk, and other supplies.,Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.,Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.,Assist in training new team members and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Previous experience as a Barista or Cashier is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage making.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and cash handling procedures.,Good time management and multitasking skills.,Ability to lift and move objects up to 20 lbs (9 kg).,Flexible and adaptable to changing work schedules and customer demands.
