📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a specific section within the company.,Ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed correctly and efficiently.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.,Managing the budget and resources allocated to the section.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Representing the company at meetings and events as needed.,Maintaining a positive and productive work environment for team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,At least 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of success in a similar position.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with relevant software and tools.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.,Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
