CV Emas Maju is looking for a skilled Technical Writer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical writing principles and be able to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.,Collaborate with product development teams to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date.,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.,Work with graphic designers and other stakeholders to ensure documentation is visually appealing and easy to understand.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to other team members on technical writing best practices.,Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical writing principles and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.,Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools, such as Jira.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
