Hokian Budi Sembako is seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Denpasar. We are looking for a professional who can ensure the smooth running of our restaurant, maintain high-quality service standards, and drive customer satisfaction.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff to maintain service standards and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and control inventory to ensure cost efficiency and availability of products.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.
  • Manage budgets and financial performance of the restaurant.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in regular staff meetings and team-building activities.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and financial tracking.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
