📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing product information and recommendations to customers.
  • Handle customer transactions at the cash register, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including stocking products and restocking shelves.
  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
  • Participate in inventory management and stock control activities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
