📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the Jabodetabek area.,Promote and sell our products effectively, ensuring high sales targets are met.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retailers and distributors.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events to promote our products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and merchandising, preferably in the FMCG industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of the Jabodetabek market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
