Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.,Oversee the end-to-end data analysis process, from data collection and cleaning to visualization and reporting.,Develop and implement data visualization strategies to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions that drive business decisions.,Ensure the accuracy and quality of data analysis outputs, and maintain compliance with data privacy and security regulations.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics, and share knowledge with the team.,Present data insights to senior management, and provide recommendations based on data analysis findings.,Manage and optimize data analysis tools and technologies to improve efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, with a proven track record of leading projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.,Experience in working with large and complex datasets, and a deep understanding of data privacy and security regulations.,Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies, and the ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
