📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic leasing plans to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.,Identify, negotiate, and secure high-quality retail tenants for our shopping malls.,Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients, developers, and industry stakeholders.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform leasing strategies.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the leasing team, including scheduling, coordination, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with all leasing regulations and company policies.,Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on leasing performance and market insights.,Participate in property management and development projects to enhance the retail experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail leasing, with a track record of achieving high occupancy and revenue targets.,Proven success in identifying and securing high-quality retail tenants.,Strong understanding of the local retail market in Bali, including key players, trends, and opportunities.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong leadership and management skills.
