Sentosa Insurance is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Guard to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our office and employees. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 5.000.000 – Rp 6.000.000 per month. We are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and dedicated to providing excellent security services.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitoring security systems and responding to any security breaches or alarms.
  • Conducting regular security patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
  • Enforcing security policies and procedures to maintain a secure environment.
  • Investigating and reporting security incidents to the appropriate authorities.
  • Assisting in the training and supervision of junior security personnel.
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Collaborating with other security personnel to ensure effective security coverage.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Security Guard or similar role.
  • Proven track record of effective security management and incident response.
  • Strong knowledge of security laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and the ability to perform duties under pressure.
  • Valid security guard certification or equivalent.
  • Good command of the Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
