We are currently looking for a dedicated Store Admin to join our team in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail administration and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and receiving.,Oversee cash handling and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and security.,Assist in the organization and coordination of store events, promotions, and displays.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.,Provide excellent customer service and assist with any customer inquiries or issues.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily sales targets.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist with the preparation of reports and data for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail administration or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic accounting and cash handling procedures.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
