📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of hospitality staff, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.,Oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and dining services.,Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor and maintain high levels of cleanliness and presentation in the hotel.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in the development and implementation of the hotel's strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with hotel operations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
