As a Learning and Development Manager, you will work closely with department heads to identify training needs, develop customized learning solutions, and measure the impact of training initiatives. You will leverage industry-leading tools such as SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand to streamline learning and development processes. With a minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development, you will bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic learning and development plans that align with business objectives.
Design and deliver training programs using SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.
Identify and address training needs through data analysis and employee feedback.
Collaborate with department heads to create customized learning solutions.
Measure the effectiveness of training initiatives and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Manage a team of learning and development specialists to ensure the successful execution of training programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 7 years of experience in learning and development.
Proven track record of designing and implementing effective training programs.
Strong knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and Cornerstone OnDemand.
Certification in learning and development or related fields is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
