Our warehouse operations in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung are at the heart of our business, and your expertise will be crucial in maintaining efficiency and accuracy.

As an Inventory Control Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our inventory processes, ensuring that our warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with our team to implement best practices, streamline processes, and ensure that our inventory levels are accurately maintained. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about improving operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage inventory levels using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Develop and implement inventory control policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs.
• Use data analytics tools to track inventory performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Train and mentor junior staff on inventory control best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.
• Proficient in using SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in Inventory Management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
