📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage HR administration tasks including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
• Process payroll using SAP and other accounting software.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Support the recruitment and selection process.
• Maintain compliance with local and international labor laws.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting department.
• Collaborate with Korean-speaking colleagues to ensure effective communication and operational support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR and accounting.
• Fluency in Korean language and culture.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience with SAP or other accounting software.
